SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via Amazon Fulfillment (FBA) and trusted carriers for direct orders.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Packaging

  • All products are packed in eco‑friendly, tamper‑proof packaging to preserve freshness and purity.

RETURN POLICY:

Eligibility

  • For safety reasons, ingestible herbal products are non‑returnable once opened.
  • Unopened jars or pouches may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

REFUND POLICY

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
  • Please email photos of the issue to support@maruthamn.com within 7 days of delivery.

Approved Returns

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or card provider.
